These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by BonEui Health (hereinafter "the Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
The Company provides AI-based health analysis and personalized health information services. Specific service details include the following.
Health information provided through this service does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
All content, the CravingsMood AI Engine™ (Real-Time Craving-to-Action), software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property included in the service belong to the Company.
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, to the extent not in violation of applicable laws. Amended Terms will be announced within the service at least 7 days before the effective date. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw their account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute arising from use of the service, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
